"Managers, Can You Hear Me Now?"

THE RESULTS SEMINAR

An in-house seminar designed to present the leadership techniques, skills, and strategies that Denny Strigl, the former President and CEO of Verizon Wireless, used to lead Verizon to the top of the telecommunications industry.

Denny knows how to get results! In 20 years he drove sales from $192M to $62B and, during the same period of time, increased customers from 257,500 to 91.2 million.

These are staggering results...from a leader!

This seminar will provide your managers with the ultimate leadership blueprint to drive results in your organization. In this economic climate, is there anything more important than driving results?

KEY CONCEPTS AND SKILLS COVERED IN THE IN-HOUSE SEMINAR

  • The 9 reasons managers struggle
  • The #1 obligation of all managers is to get results
  • Managers who strive for results must also possess respect for others
  • Good managers focus on the “Four Fundamentals” – Grow Revenue, Get New Customers, Keep the Customers You Already have, and Eliminate Costs
  • The more managers focus on distractions, the less they focus on results
  • Happy employees don’t make good results, but results tend to make employees happy
  • If you cannot put your message in clear and concise terms, you cannot expect results to match your goals
  • Good managers make decisions and take actions quickly…then correct if necessary
  • Good managers avoid the “all about me” syndrome
  • Every employee has an obligation to constructively dissent
  • Managers begin the trust process
  • You don’t need consensus to make a decision
  • Say things on “one half, of one side, of one sheet of paper!”
  • Keep things simple in managing performance
  • Poor performers thrive in an unaccountable work climate
  • How to model accountability and build it in others
  • Self-confidence begins with taking action
  • Putting it all together…building a culture of results

THE SEMINAR IS AVAILABLE UP TO A TWO-DAY FORMAT!
